What is OneCard.id?
OneCard.id is a multi-tenant event registration platform where you can join multiple communities (organizers) with a single account. Whether you're a rider joining motorcycle clubs or a participant joining various events, one account works for all.
How do I join a community?
Browse communities on the homepage, click on one you like, and request to join. Once the organizer approves your request, you can register for their events.
How does payment work?
We use Midtrans for secure payments. When you register for an event, you'll be redirected to complete payment. Your registration is confirmed once payment is successful.
How do organizers get paid?
Organizers receive earnings minus a platform commission (default 10%). Payouts are made weekly or monthly based on your settings, with a minimum payout of Rp 500,000. Our team must approve all payout requests.
Can I organize events without approval?
Organizers can self-register, but your organization must be approved by our team before going live. This ensures quality and security for all users.
